Bali is beautiful year-round, but timing your visit right can transform your experience.
Dry Season (April – October)
This is peak season in Bali, with sunny skies, low humidity, and perfect beach conditions. July and August are busiest — book accommodation well in advance.
Shoulder Season (April, May, September, October)
The sweet spot — good weather with fewer crowds and better hotel rates. May and September are particularly good months.
Wet Season (November – March)
Don’t rule out the wet season — showers are usually brief, greenery is lush, rice paddies are at their most photogenic, and prices are lowest.
Bali’s Festival Calendar
Plan around Nyepi (Balinese New Year) for a unique experience — the entire island goes silent for 24 hours.
