Any special request made by the customer will be considered subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger information and valid travel documents wherever required. By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable booking terms and conditions.
